Normally good but today had a flowering plant broken (half is now dead), a sign knocked over, and a floodlight knocked out of the ground all by the front walkway. It looks like maybe a hose or similar had been accidentally dragged over them but disappointed about either the lack of awareness leading to it happening and not noticing the accident prior to leaving to let me know what happened. Appreciate that they mentioned care taken around the herbs and flowers out back but this was a disappointing experience today with the damage.

Aaron cares a lot about his customers! He saw that our lawn was not doing as well as it should considering all the treatments we had and conveyed this to his manager! He sent pictures and also FaceTimed with him to show all the problems! That’s a guy who cares!!
